We migrate your data
Send us your spreadsheets, CSV files, or screenshots of your current setup. We import your members, configure squads, set up fee structures, and build your session schedule. You do not need to touch a thing.
Your committee logs in
We walk your Treasurer, Membership Secretary, and coaches through the platform. Each person sees exactly the features relevant to their role. Takes about 30 minutes per person.

What size club are you looking for?
We are looking for UK competitive swimming clubs with 50 to 300 members. Clubs should be volunteer-run and open to trying modern software for membership, billing, and compliance management.
Is there any obligation or contract?
No. There is no contract and no obligation. If Swimly is not the right fit after the 6-month founding period, you simply stop using it. We want clubs that choose to stay because the product works, not because of a contract.
How long does migration take?
